• The updated Genesys Meeting Center interface provides improved navigation and user-friendly icons that make it easy to locate all meeting options available to you.

•  Launch a meeting in just 2 mouse clicks via the desktop Meeting Launcher
  A new user-friendly tool allows you to quickly start Ad Hoc, XPress, or pre-scheduled meetings directly from your desktop. No need to fully launch your web browser and log in.

•  XPress Meeting  
  Efficiently conduct meetings via a new, simplified web interface that can be instantly launched through the Meeting Launcher or a desktop icon. XPress Meeting allows you to quickly share an application with your meeting participants without having to launch your web browser and log in to Genesys Meeting Center.

Other Exciting Enhancements:

• You can now conveniently schedule recurring meetings on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis via the easy-to-use Schedule Wizard.
• Address Book enhancements now allow you to sort participants by various fields and store up to three telephone numbers per contact.
• Synchronize your Participants. Gain more control over your meetings with the ability to easily synchronize your participants' audio and web connections.
• Include a Microsoft Outlook® calendar attachment within your meeting invitation. Participants can now save time by simply clicking on the attachment to add the meeting information to their Outlook® calendar.
• Meeting Security. Ensure your meetings are secure by requiring an optional Participant ID and/or Secure Data Transmission (SSL) as the default.
